Rating by category:
Everything was bad. The bed stinks, bathroom was dirty, I heard every single thing the neighboring room tenants were doing! Never will I stay there. That place was like a Motel 6!
Layout of room clean comfortable.
Bed was comfortable.
Carpet was very dirty and room had a musty smell, we were booked in for a week but left after four nights.
nothing the place has went down hill.
The desk attendant was very rude. I called and asked for late checkout and they turned my water off in the middle of my shower
Convenient to interstate
I should have checked the no smoking preference box. Though we were given a ground floor room, it was obviously a smoking room. Road noise!
We liked nothing at all about this room or staff.
Food on walls. No ice at all. Fridge was so nasty that we took a white wash cloth down the front and it was very gross!! Carpet torn up badly. Could not sleep in this room. We will never stay at this hotel again. We have always had great experiences at Extended Stay Hotels. However, I think we have found the worst one. The staff was not much better.
The room smelled horrible, we had to wait for over half an hour to check in because they were running a report when we showed up that prevented check in. The walls were stained with what appeared to be spilled drinks and food. Would never stay there again
Everything was great about the room and stay.
A/c didn't work. Changed rooms that A/c kinda worked.
I did not like a thing. It was the most disgusting place.
It was the most dirty place. Also no conveniences like an ice machine. No skilled attendants and smoking on premises.
Manager very sweet at check in. Economically feasible.
Party with loud bass vibrating my wall til 4am. The desk did nothing. Throw up outside on steps. No elevator... Steps to the third floor with luggage. Room smelled like cherries at check in then the smell of weed took over. The night desk lady questioned rudely, "well it didn't smell like that when you checked in?"
Convenient location in good part of town.
Lots of deferred maintenance; carpet stained and loose. Kitchenette very poor condition.
I went to check in and found out that somehow my reservation had been cancelled. It took a minute of calling and faxing but we were able to work it out. The GM was amazing as well as another front desk lady who was there helping. I got into the last available room in the hotel.
The staff was nice.
The hotel was in very very rough shape. I heard there would be a remodel soon, but it was pretty terrible as is. Also, no elevator? Really?
